Bonzai Gifts by Pet Nanny will ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. There is no tracking put on packages to keep cost down. If tracking is desired you will be charged 15.00 CA and includes a faster shipping time. Shipping times will vary. Please give up to three weeks for untracked packages to arrive to countries outside of Canada. I'm not responsible for lost or stolen items after purchase has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
An item will only be refunded if it is returned to Bonzai Gifts by Pet Nanny in it's original condition, it is not a custom order and/or the product is wrong by the fault of Bonzai Gifts by Pet Nanny. Please be aware that Bonzai Gifts by Pet Nanny has a variety of leash and collar weights, meaning that certain items are not meant for strong pets who pull and will damage/break the product. Please read the description for item strength. Bonzai Gifts by Pet Nanny is not responsible for lost or stolen items after item has been shipped.

Bonzai Gifts by Pet Nanny started in 2010.
Teal makes everything with love and care, always looking for ways to improve her products and come up with new ideas. She tries to shop for materials locally where she can, and even using some reclaimed and vintage materials as well as new.
Teal is an Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) having graduated, with honors, from the veterinary technician and wildlife rehabilitation college programs. Her love of animals is reflected in her work with great quality and detail.
She makes many different products for pets including; collars, leashes, toys, car safety buckles, no-tie bandanas, bowties, poop bag dispensers, beds, blankets and more!
