Delivery
In Canada shipping only through Canpar insured shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping payments. All orders will be shipped out on Mondays after Payment being received (Expect for purchases made on holidays to be shipped out on the first business day that follows). Same day in store pickup is available within business hours after payment being received. Sunday delivery within Essex County is available for a small fee.

In house credit only on returns. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Cancellation Policy
Please DO NOT request refund on items that have been damaged in shipping. Insurance claims will be filed upon proof of damage. (Proof of damage is pictures which are needed to file the claim.) In house credit only on returns. NO CASH REFUNDS. Returns will only be accepted on items that are in original packaging or state when originally purchased. Order cancelation will be issued only withing 24 hours of perches for in store credit.
