Delivery
All shipping is via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated upon checkout as per the set rates.
**If you choose to use lettermail shipping, please note that we will NOT replace lost packages due to the fact that lettermail shipping does not provide any tracking or insurance. Especially now during this high volume shipping time that we are in. We highly recommend paying for xpress post or expedited shipping to allow for insurance coverage and the ability to track the package. This way we can work with Canada Post to see what has happened to your package should it not arrive or be lost.
We ship our ready made items in 3-5 business days depending on how busy the shop is at the time. Custom orders are shipped upon completion.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not refund our clothing items.
Should there be an issue with your item it must be reported immediately so that we can discuss a solution to that issue. Please email us within 24 hours, along with photos of the problems, to [email protected]
Cancellation Policy
Our custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin the item and the remaining 50% upon completion of the item.
Please contact us directly regarding custom orders and their deposits.
Should you back out of an order after 24 hours OR do not pay the remainder of the balance, the item will be held for 2 weeks and then relisted for sale to the public.
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed or had inner tags/labels removed.
**Returns during COVID-19 are unavailable**
We will exchange your item should the reason be acceptable, however, as noted above, the item must not have been worn (trying on is different), washed or had inner tags/labels removed.

We focus on quality of materials, practicality of wear and style for young children, comfort of wear during sleep and play, and durability during play and washing. Each piece is carefully handmade by me in my home studio that is smoke and pet free.
in our business support Canadian fabric designers, printers and shops as much as possible when carefully choosing and designing our our clothing pieces. We order all of our supplies from a high percentage of Canadian suppliers in order to support our handmade and local movement that is ever expanding and very important in this time.
We do custom orders, ready to wear items and also are available for certain pieces wholesale.
