Refunds and exchanges on unused products only.  If the scent is present, it is a scented product.  Defective products will be for exchange.  Misuse such as allowing candles to burn on an uneven surface or inadequate burn time voids return policy.  Candles burn at a rate of 1 inch/ 2.54 cm per hour in diameter.  Our jars are 2.5 inches/ 6.35 cm in diameter and require 2.5 to 3 hours of burn time each session to ensure an even burn.  An even burn is when the wax is liquid all the way to the glass. Failure to do so will cause tunnelling.  Yelling, swearing and belligerent behaviour will not be tolerated.  We will hang up on you.  Call us again when you have taken a breath and collected your thoughts.  We can resolve any issue quite easily and satisfactorily in a timely manner in a very calm and respectful manner.  We will try our best to make things better for you.

Melts require little wax to smell.  A large warmer will require a maximum of 1 cube for the best scent throw.  A nightlight or smaller warmer is about half a cube.  Too much wax will reduce or drown out scent throw.  

Cancellation is required of a minimal of 24 hours prior notice.  When the order is processed and shipped with a tracking number or scheduled delivery it will not be cancelled. Returns/ Exchanges as previously stated.  Unused items.
